Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are homeowners and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants must reside within AC’s Heating & Air’s service area. Employees of AC’s Heating & Air, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
Choose the $10 tune-up or $2,000 off a high-efficiency HVAC system, schedule your service online or by phone, and automatically enter the Reme Halo giveaway upon completion of service.
Entry Limit:
One entry per household. Multiple entries or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.
Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted from September 28, 2024, at 12:00 am until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
Prize:
One winner will receive a Reme Halo installed product. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random and notified via email or phone within 72 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 8 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Rights Granted:
By participating, you grant AC’s Heating & Air permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
